 Our swim program is our pride and joy! Our 4 heated pools are enjoyed by our campers for both instructional swim and "free" swim.
Each member of our swim staff is Red Cross Certified and has teaching experience to provide the best possible swim instruction for each camper. Campers are placed in swim groups based upon their individual ability which allows for the best instruction possible. As campers progress through the Pine Grove swim levels , they are rewarded with swim certificates in front of their friends as a positive reinforcement! Our pools also include a water slide and diving board. Our swim staff understands that swimming is an important life skill. They also understand that some campers have an initial fear of the water. We have an extensive orientation with our swim staff and train them in ways to ease children's fear of the water and make the learning experience comfortable. |
