We understand that choosing a summer camp for your child is a big decision and that the cost of the camp does factor in. At Pine Grove Day Camp, everything is included in the tuition listed below. We do not add additional fees that you don’t budget for.

Our tuition may also be eligible for Child Care Reimbursement Programs through your employer or a tax deduction on your tax return.
Please note that we accept registration on a first come, first placed basis. Once we meet our enrollment limits for a group, the group will be closed out. So reserve your spot as early as possible to ensure placement for Summer 2025.
Central Transportation is included in tuition. If you are interested in Door to Door Transportation there will at fee of $900 per camper
If you are driving your camper to and from camp you will receive a $200 per discount per child off your tuition
Extended Morning Program (7:30AM-9:00AM) add $85 per week. Parents must drop off at camp, early bus service is not provided
Extended Afternoon Program (4:00PM-6:00PM) add $85 per week. Parents must pick up at camp, late bus service is not provided.
(If picking your camper up right after camp – before 4:30 – that is considered Parent Transport)
Pine Grove offers One-on-One Lessons in all camp activities (Swim, Biking, Tennis, etc.). Contact the Office for more information.
Enrollment requires a $1,000 deposit for all programs.
25% of the balance is due January 15th and the final balance will be due on April 1st
You will be auto-billed by Credit Card (3.0% fee applies) or E-check or Debit Card (no fee).
Refund deadline is April 1, 2025.
